Is there a way to edit the message that the BES server sends to our admins when a user initiates a duress message.

If you can avoid using this feature, do so. Once you have about 1,000 users you will get inadvertent duress messages every few days or so. Annoying!

We only have about 30 users so I'm not aniticipating a flood of duress messages. My manager wanted to know if we could edit it. Oh well. I'll pass it on.
