|  Calendar Problem

We have just had a BES installed in our network. Everything is working fine except for one problem. Whenever anyone creates an appointment on their Blackberry, it is not tranferred to their outlook calendar. However, when an appointment/meeting is created on outlook, it is sent to the Blackberry. Can anyone tell me why this is so. |
