Default cannot send emails form the Handheld

Please Login to Remove!

I have serious problems sending emails from the Handheld.
The environment is as follows:

BES 4.0.1 / Domino 6.5.2 on the BES, OS: Win2k; Handhelds with Firmware 4.0

On the handhlds everything works fine. The users receive Emails, Wireless Activation works fine, complete PIM synchronisation works.

But the all users cannot send emails from the handheld.

On the handheld the status of the mails is set to sent and the BES gets the Email from the handheld and puts them into the sent view of the email client. But the message never arrives the recipient.
I think this is a problem between the Mail domino and the BES Domino but I have no idea how to solve this problem...

Do you have high pending counts for the users? This can be observed on the domino console for the BES.
Are all the BES NT services running?..see services app on the BES server. Check the BES router service and the BES MAGT (messaging agent service).

Check the of both Bes Server and the recipient's mail Domino Server. See if you see the message there. From there check the log file of the server and it should give you some clues
