Default Hung threads on BES

Please Login to Remove!

There are many hung threads on my BES Server. Found that i have some terminated/disabled users.
I get events like 50020 & 20154 in my App log.
I restarted the server twice and still have the hung threads.

1) Can anyone help me out to solve the hung thread issue?
2) Is there any command on the BES so that i can delete all the disabled AD users from my Blackberry Manager?

Masters....Please help!!!

Our Security group is always doing this and if you check the event logs you'll see the user that is not able to initialize ..

Just remove them from the BES and they should clear.

Well the BES is wigging out trying to reach a mailbox that isn't there anymore so yes it's one cause of hung treads ..

others ..

Poor network performance
Poor communication with SQL

Could also be poor Exchange performance, especially if the hung threads are being reported from the Messaging Agents.

Do you really have that many users? Do my favorite trick ... fire up the BES Manager, look for anyone that hasn't had contact for 30 days and remove them from the BES. Then anyone on the cusp; check them out individually.
