Angry Signature on BES server overruling signature on BB device after 4.1.4 Upg.

Please Login to Remove!

Hey folks--
Recently upgraded from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4, and thankfully the update went without a hitch. I was scared at first, like most, when it didn't route e-mail for about 15 minutes after the upgrade, but past that we hadn't had any issues.......

Until recently -- I was informed by one of our users that she couldn't get the signature on her device to change. I checked her device and verified that she was entering it into the proper area and that all applicable checkboxes / toggles were set -- and they were. All e-mails she was sending, however, were using her old signature. A few minutes later I noted that the signature (while updated on her BB device) was not updated in our server. I waited a while to see if it would propagate to the server, but it never did. The only way I was able to fix her issue was to change her signature on the BES server itself. I also tried removing the signature entirely from the BES server in case the two were fighting with each other, and it just sent a blank signature then, instead of looking on the device for the sig.

I thought it was a once-off issue as I hadn't heard of anyone else having the issue, but I've now noticed that since the 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 upgrade, NONE of my users are able to update their signatures from the devices...

Has anyone heard about this before? I don't even know where to look to try and figure this one out -- Auto-Signature is configured properly, it is applying the signature to all the e-mails like it's supposed to -- just applying the wrong sig!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
