Default Server WMI Problems with Idokorro for BES Admin

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have an issue which I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have what appears to be an issue with the WMI of my Windows 2000 Server when trying to use Idokorro Mobile Admin. After talking to Idokorro tech support they suggested the issue lay with the WMI of the server. It is not allowing me to see all the icons on the BES server I'm trying to manage. Unforunately one of the icons I can't see is the Blackberry Manager. I ran the WMI Diag Tool and it came back with this error.

10135 10:13:49 (1) !! ERROR: WMI ENUMERATION operation errors reported: .................................................. ................. 4 ERROR(S)!
10136 10:13:49 (0) ** - Root/CIMv2, InstancesOf, 'Win32_PerfRawData_Tcpip_IP', 0x80041010 - (WBEM_E_INVALID_CLASS) Specified class is not valid.
10137 10:13:49 (0) ** MOF Registration: 'No located MOF file (exception)'
10138 10:13:49 (0) ** - Root/CIMv2, InstancesOf, 'Win32_PerfRawData_Tcpip_TCP', 0x80041010 - (WBEM_E_INVALID_CLASS) Specified class is not valid.
10139 10:13:49 (0) ** MOF Registration: 'No located MOF file (exception)'
10140 10:13:49 (0) ** - Root/CIMv2, InstancesOf, 'Win32_PerfRawData_Tcpip_UDP', 0x80041010 - (WBEM_E_INVALID_CLASS) Specified class is not valid.
10141 10:13:49 (0) ** MOF Registration: 'No located MOF file (exception)'
10142 10:13:49 (0) ** - Root/CIMv2, InstancesOf, 'Win32_PerfRawData_Tcpip_ICMP', 0x80041010 - (WBEM_E_INVALID_CLASS) Specified class is not valid.
10143 10:13:49 (0) ** MOF Registration: 'No located MOF file (exception)'

Not sure what this means to do. I fixed the other WMI Errors and this is all thats left. Hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I believe the problem lies within the BES Server itself because when trying to Remote Admin of servers with Idokorro, I get all icons to do all the remote proccesses.

Moving this to the BES Admin Corner. I think you'll get better answers there.
