Default Can BES administrator get/view files on my BB/MediaCard?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I keep some passwords & sensitive documents on my:
/Device Memory/home/user/myfolder
/Media Card/myfolder

I am not familiar with BES's device management capabilities so I hope you can help. Is there ANY way for the admin to browse/view my BB's local files remotely?

Thanks!
Ix.

I don't think they can see your files but they can enable or disable media card use by IT policy...

Thanks, our IT policy allows Media Card usage, But I still keep my sensitive (text) files on the device memory itself, as I need them to self-distract with the device after 10 pass attempts.

As long as they can't be remotely viewed by the admin I am good.

Thanks!
