Default BES Error when trying to Activate new Blackberries

Please Login to Remove!

My Company just purchase 3 new blackberries but the blackberry server can not finish the activation process.

The BES will send these emails, but it does not add the Blackberry devices afterwards.

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

Need some additional info:

1 - What version of BES do you have?
2 - What mail platform (Exchange, Domino, Groupwise)?
3 - What model devices are you attempting to activate?
4 - Have you activated any devices successfully in the past?
- If Yes, what changed since then?
5- Where are you seeing that message? In the end users client Inbox?
