My search has come up empty, wondering if anyone has an idea of what this warning is about. I see the following warning recorded in the Application log of the BES every four hours.

Description: Device info for hardwareID 0x4000e04 could not be found.

The policy is being applied to all the devices and no ill effects are noted by the users. I'm running BES 4.1.2 and Exchange 2003 SP2.

I have seen this before and sometimes happens now and then. Its the BES Policy service unable to contact the handheld to update the policy on it.
