Default Black Berry 8703e sending blank message body intermittently

Please help,

Issue:

I have about 40 users on BES 4.1.3 and I'd say about five of them have sent blank messages from their Blackberries at one point. A couple probably more so than the others. I've tried everything I could think of with one of the user and she still send out blank messages in the body intermittently including wiping hand held, load latest firmware, delete and recreate BES account.

BB device sends out blank message body but if you check the Sent Items folder in Outlook you can view the sent message with the body intact. Recipients would only recieve the emails with the subject line. I've contacted BES Support already and they haven't resolved my issue and say that our network is working fine and it's at the other end. I find this hard to believe because the recipients are all different. If anyone came across this before I would apprecaite some help as I am very frustrated with this intermittent problem and the users are losing their patience. Thanks.

I don't have much advise. I've seen it happen with BIS, but not BES. Are you sure the users in question are sending the mail from their BES e-mail address and not a BIS address? also, are these new messages, or replies?

Do a search in the general BB section - there were a couple threads about this issue a few months back. maybe it wasn't isolated to BIS - I don't remember.

Yes it is definitely being sent through our BES. The messages in question are new messages, replies and forwards.

Before posting I did do some searching to no avail. The threads that I found were the exact opposite to what is happening to me. They were receiving blank messages on their BB devices. I'll try again and see what else I can find. Thanks for your reply.
