Need a windows guru I think!
Whenever I try to nuke a device from the BB Manager which is installed on my BB server box I get this error.
Sadly it was working, but we had a problem with Admin logons on the box and had to change passwords. Since then this does not work.

Any info would be appreciated. It sees the device on the usb port, and it will load software but not nuke.
Not sure if it is related but I also cannot install firmware from the BB Manager.
