I have been getting the following error on only one user that was recently added to the BES. I've searched through the forum and tried the few items that were suggested - i.e., reload user, restart service, etc., but I am still having the error consistanty. Another forum suggested that the problem is because there are external email accounts that are forwarding directly to the users Exchange account, but I donxxx8217;t see how that should be an issue. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like a database issue, try a little application called DBclean.exe it may sort the users out.

Use this script I wrote to dump the RefIDs for that mailbox:

Request for testers: BES Exchange Ref ID / Folder ID script

Then take a look at the message the BES is complaining about in the logs and see if there's anything that sticks out as unusual or wrong about it.
