Default weird outage today

Please Login to Remove!

today one of my users notice that he hadnt received any emails on his handheld for a couple hours, i checked the BES and no blackberry services had crashed but the event viewer was overloaded with these errors:

Failed to start worker thread
Could not start some worker thread
Thread::Start() - begin thread call failed, errno=12

i restarted all the blackberry services and all qued messages started to flow in and out but the oddestest thing i found about this whole fiasco is that after messages started flowing out the "blackberry registration" messages showed up in the phone's inbox. any ideas?

Any problems with Exchange / network recently? worker thread problems will pop up when BES loses MAPI connectivity to Exchange.

Default Cingular (8700c) outage this week

My browser and other functions were not loading this week, and my Google Talk failed also. Did anyone else have this problem? My Opera Mini was fine. Any ideas? It works as of yesterday (Wednesday) but it was so annoying earlier in the week.

Cingular will probably be of little help. ... Who would I talk to? The business side or the regular technical support folks?

Thank you!

Talk to your corp rep and ask to be added to the outage report email that gets sent out by engineers when there is an outage and in which area.
