LCS / OC ' Empty Contact ' when displaying ' Grouped Offline Contacts '

I figured out how to fix this one on my own. Not overly complicated to fix, but there is no way you can look this problem up on the net, so I wanted to post it here, with some keywords that (hopefully) Googlebot will index and make available to teh worldzor, in case people have this problem.

Problem: When using Live Communications Server / Office Communicator / Enterprise Messenger on the BB, and switching the "Show Offline Contacts" to "Group", there is an empty contact. (Indicated by a red offline circle, bears no name or contact info.) In other display modes this erroneous contact does not appear.

Fix: Wipe and re-sync BB.
