Default Wireless Sync

Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem for a user. User's BB doesnt not have TASK and Notes wireless sync, but the calendar wireless sync is working fine.

Email, Calendar, Addressbook, Web Browser and intranet are all fine.

Tried resending the service books, then reboot. Didnt solved the problem.

Thanks for the help.

Did you specify the notes to be synchronized on the BES Manager for that user profile? If yes, do what Hdawg mentioned above and delete the Desktop [SYNC] Service book, wait a few seconds, click the wheel and "Undelete". Give it about 2 minutes for Enterprise Activation to re-initialize and wait for it to complete.

Yes. We did, notes, calendar and task. I will try to delete the [SYNC] servicebook and undelete. Hope that works.

If that doesnt work and all settings are correct, the 2nd to the last thing I would do is clear out all the service books (using desktop Manager) and re-provisioning the handheld.

Worst case / last thing: wipe the handheld and re-provision.

Is this ND or Exchange?

Exchange.

I tried deleting all the servicebooks and resending it. After activation only the calendar wireless sync works. Notes and Task doesnt have the wireless sync option. I will try the deleting the sync service books and undelete. If that doesnt work I guess the next step would be handheld wipe and re-provision it?

Is anyone else having this problem? Give the BB Sync Service a restart ... perhaps look through the SYNC log & ALRT logs for errors on this particular user.
