| BES - Deleting and Re-Adding user issue Please Login to Remove! I had an old Blackberry 8700c that I desired to move owner to a new phone of the same model. Setting an activation password in BES and putting that in the new phone only produced a long activation wait, followed by "Could not sync with server" message.
I then completely deleted the account out of BES. When trying to go back in and re-add the same account, it is constantly stuck on status of Initializing. It stayed that way yesterday for several hours. A PIN number never shows either. Can someone please help me in getting this user back into BES properly and activating this newer device? Thanks |
