Hi everyone, I am having the same problem with 4 out of 15 BB users. They have different devices, so I don't think it's a device problem.
I'm using BES 4.0.7 with exchange 2003SP2. I've checked the send as properties for besadmin user, and it's fine. I've even tried creating a second user, besmailer out of the domain admins group, just for the link between BES and Exchange, while keeping BB services as besadmin. Nothing. I tried stopping the server for 20 minutes as indicated in BB doc, nothing. I removed one of the users with problems, shut down the server for 20 mins again, restarted, created the server and rerun the activation process, nothing.
I've been watching the user stats on the BES manager while an user sent a mail, and the mail seems to be received by the BES, but for some reason not forwarded to Exchange.
Does anyone know how could I fix this? (Even if the fix is "upgrade to 4.1/4.2")
