Default Event log errors

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I am very new to the Blackberry server. I have installed the Blackberry Express server on a Windows 2003 Stand Server with SP2. I have only two users for the time being and they send/receive without any errors. However, I constantly see errors in the event log as shown below. Can anyone shed some light on these errors.

Thanks.

First two errors means that you've lost connection to SRP server in RIM's infrastructure. Check your firewall or network connection to find out why it failed. Last one ... i think it's nothing important. I will take a look what i have here...

Thanks! I will look into the the connection problems. Does the Blackberry Server have a special logging feature that I can also track?

Oki, just make sure that the error did not happen anywhere else on the way.
3 parts needs to be checked:
1. connection to outside world via port 3101
2. mobile operators infrastructure (if you are using it)
3. Rim's NOC (usually backed up, so there shouldn't be a problem) but they can tell you when your SRP connection was down exactly.
