Default Updating the BES

Please Login to Remove!

We are currently running BES linked to Exchange v. 6.5.7226.0. I'm pretty new to BES and I myself probably won't be preforming the updates, but I'm researching what needs to done because our system admin is swamped. Anyways, I went and checked out the RIM site and looked under v 4.0 of BES and saw all the different hotfixes and patches.

Is there a whole package like a Service Pack that incorporates them all or should I just work my way up from the bottom? How often do you run into problems when applying updates (I know this one is kinda vague)? The patches will be applied over the weekend, but our business of about 400 BB users can't afford to go without email service.

Without a TSupport contract, 4.0.7 and it's hotfixes would be the highest you could go. SP7 would update with all known issues found in 4.0.0-4.0.6+.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
