Default BES 4.1 & email Filters

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, so here is an interesting situation. we upgraded our BES from 4.0 to 4.1 Wednesday night. Since then, I have a user whose filters on the server got wiped out. They are still in her desktop manager, but since we wirelessly synchronize it won't go over to her blackberry. I had her save the filters in the DM and email to me and then I transferred them over to the BES. I then went to her user profile in the BES and chose "Import Filters from File" under the Service Control and Customization menu. The BES said the filters imported correctly, but it is still not showing up in the user profile.

Anyone have a clue as to what could be conflicting between the two?
