Default Server is not responding

Hello out there,
I have a problem with my Blackberry Enterprise Server for Exchange. We are activating our devices wireless and since last week everything was fine. I want to activate a new blackberry now i get the message " Server is not responding...". This only happens when I try to activate a device with depends to a new Exchange-Mailbox. If try to activate an blackberry-account with a exchange mailbox that exists more than just a week everything works fine.

Has anyone an idea???

Which mail server are you using? Which version of BES?

How far into the activation process does the HH get before this message comes up? What is shown immediately before the "Server is not responding ..." on the HH?
