Default MAPIMailbox::HandleObjectModifiedNotification - Exception handled

We have installed BES 4.1.0.38 (Windows 2003 & Exch 2007). After adding users, for each user we are continually getting Microsoft Application Event log errors for each user stating:

MAPIMailbox::HandleObjectModifiedNotification - Exception handled

EventID: 20097
Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BES01 Agent 1

Although it says "handled" I am concerned about the number of these I am getting, plus the fact its an exception and event log warning?

Is this standard or did I misconfigure something?

Exchange 2007 is only supported with BES 4.1 SP3 or >. You are on 4.1 with no service packs applied. Apply SP4 as it is the most recent one as your first starting point.

Thanks, I upgraded to SP4 and rebooted, and the good news - that error is solved.

The bad news, I am getting 2 new application log warnings:
Source: MNGR
Event ID: 20000

Description: [ODBCRecord::setLurnumAndKey] SQL msg: [0x0 Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.] Source: [Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server] SQL State: [01003] NativeError: [8153]

The other alert is exactly the same, except for the Source is BackupConnector instead of MNGR.

These are continually being added to the event log.
