Default Unable to receive email from one user

So I am VERY new to BES, but with a bit of help from a friend and the online tutorial on BlackBerry's website I got it up and running with our Exchange server.

Everything is working great except I have one exchange user whom I cannot receive email from. It shows up in my Outlook Inbox, but never on my BlackBerry.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Ok, that was it. I had a rule setup in Outlook that files emails from him into a folder for him. I want these emails to go to his folder in my Outlook and still go to my BlackBerry.

What do I need to do?

I do not have the "Folder Redirection" option under Email Settings.
