Default Profile: Message - notification: Disable auto open message when un-holstreing?

Please Login to Remove!

One of my executives wants to know every time an email arrives, and has set his profile to alert him when they do. However, he doesn't want the message to automatically open when he un-holsters the device to see the notification.
Is there a setting I can change to accomplish this?

Thanks!

No, there is no setting for that.
You'll have to explain that they'll need to simply wait longer before unholstering the device.
