Question Another 3rd party tool to export IT Policy as a report format?

Hello all,

Please pardon me as I know this has been asked before as the current versions of BES does not have the feature to export a summary of IT Policies used for a server into a report format. Is there a 3rd party tool to do this?

You can use the BESUserAdminService / BESUserAdminClient to pull IT Policies & their settings from 4.1 SP3 and above ... I forget if this works with 4.1 SP2

Yessum! Its a separate download, but can be had from here: BRK.

I think the syntax is: (after installing the useradminservice)

BESUserAdminClient -p YourPassword -it_policy Default -it_policy_rules

HDAWG is my new hero!!! This saved me a ton of time. I just added " -o c:\itpolicyrules.csv" to the end of it, and then opened it in Excel... VERY SWEET!

I owe you a beer HDAWG...

I can't start the service "The BlackBerry User Administration Service service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0)" EventID 7024
