|  Device loses emails every few days
Please Login to Remove! Hello,
Every few days, my only 8830 user loses all email that is older than a day. The blackberry continues to store all new emails until its next data loss occurrence. This only happens in the mornings when the user wakes up. Never during the day. Calendar, contact, and notes are not affected. I have wiped and re-synced with our BES multiple times and this continues to happen. Any ideas? |
