I have a BES 3.6 Server that is integrated into our Win2k Active Directory Domain. The BES server was initially installed to serve one of two Exchange 2000 servers. The BESAdmin account has the correct permissions on the first server to send as and rec. as etc.

The problem: I just added those same permissions to the second server and then attempted to add a user from the 2nd exchange server. The attempt resulted in an error found in the BES log that it could not open the "database". The user interface error during the user add said something about the user was not found or deleted.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
