I have a problem activating a user, this user was already activated and his Blackberry was off for more than a month, I let the blackberry sync itself after having made un update of the BBY8707 firmware.

Unfortunatly it never managed to sync again.

I then decided to delete the user form my bes in order to stat the procedure again... that doesn't work either...
It only synchronizes the calendar...
I let it for a hole weekend and it changed nothing.

couls someone help me pleaaaaaaaaase

After you upgraded the HH OS you were able to successfully Enterprise Activate again, however now it is only syncing calendar data?

Well it blocks on 11% of the enterprise activation and I can see that only calendar is synchronized

First things first, I'd have a look at the BES MAGT logfile - I bet that there's an error message in there that gives a clue about the actual problem.

For example, the last couple of times I saw this sort of problem on customer sites the error "Failed to open the memo folder for user (0x80040107)" was in the MAGT log and googling for that error number found the solution. Your problem may be different of course, but having a look at the MAGT log will probably help identify the problem.

Also, what email system and BES version are you using?

also grab a copy of the BlackBerry Resource Kit for BES 4.1.4 and you can run a neat program as a part of the BRK called EAStatus.exe which will go through your logs and help figure out where the EA is held up.
