Adding Users

Hello all,

I have finally gotten Blackberry installed but when I try to add a user from the GAL nothing happens. It finds the user name but will not add it. Can someone help?

Is the user on your local Exchage server?

Yes it is on the local server. I am now seeing RPC server unavailable errors when I try to open the ESM so I am going to try to uninstall this and see if that is the problem.

Ok I am still getting this error. I have uninstalled ESM and installed Adminpack2003 as well as ESM 2003 again. I made sure that the mapi32 and cdo dlls are the same. I am logged on using the Blackberry service account and when I bring up ESM it says RPC server unavailable. When I go to Blackberry Manager and try to add a user it pulls up the Global address list and when the name is selected the name disappears. Can anybody help?

you add the correct Exchange permissions?

Ok I have all of the correct exchange permissions on both servers
