Default Wireless Sync Problems with BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone, Love the forums, great info. I hope y'all can help me.

I am the SysAdmin for my company, and I manage the BES and the various blackberry HandHelds in the enviornment. We are running 4.0 BES, and 4.0 on the handhelds. We have some 7520s, 7510s, and 6510s.

when someone puts an entry in their calendar in Outlook, it syncs with no problems to their handheld. The problem comes when you try and delete calendar appts. When you delete an entry from the HandHeld, it doesnt delete from the Desktop.

This is causing my Execs to get Very or should I say Berry, frustrated.

any thoughts.

thanks

Thanks for the help, but I read a couple of older posts and noticed that the CDO.DLL was not the same version that was on the Exchange server. So, I copied the one from the Exchange Server and put it on the BES, rebooted, and everything is working great.

Thanks for the help.
