In Global Properties, IT Policy, edit the Policy, there's an option at the bottom called User Defined Items.

Anyone got any idea what this is for?

I'd be keen to know what it's for regardless, but specifically I'm wondering if there's a way to only Keep Messages for 7 days instead of 15 which is the user settable minimum on the handheld. (Using 7730's and 7100x's).

My recollection from somewhere in the documentation is that this is for use with custom BB software or 3rd party add-ons.

I agree with the 7 days instead of 15... I'd really like 3 days...
