Question BES Errors

Please Login to Remove!

I have been receiving some errors recently on my BES server. Under the computer management application logs I find the following errors:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESRV2K3 Agent 1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10000
Date: 10/4/2007
Time: 3:20:13 PM
User: N/A
Computer: BESRV2K3
Description:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_SyncConfig_SyncExchangeState'. The conflict occurred in database 'BESMgmt', table 'UserConfig', column 'Id'.[SqlState 23000][ODBCRecord::DoCreateRecord]DATA: Type[9] Folder[Sdcsadmin] ChangeKey[0x01000000] RecordHash[516480839] LastCmdSent[A] LastCmdIDSent[1187610602] EntryID[0xFA61084D1B15864D979A23D9A9F89503] UserConfigID[166].

and

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Dispatcher BESRV2K3
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20569
Date: 10/4/2007
Time: 2:51:40 PM
User: N/A
Computer: BESRV2K3
Description:
Failed to find a user for received config packet, user [email address], id 166, session srp#####_001

These errors show up multiple times. The common denominator seems to be id 166. I checked the Database for id 166 and it is missing. All of the errors point to the same id/user. This user has recently been deleted and re-added. My thoughts are when I deleted the user and re-added him, it assigned him with a new id number but the old id of 166 never completely deleted. Does anyone know how to clear up these errors. I am on BES 4.0.5 running Groupwise 6.5.6
