Default Correct order to start and stop BlackBerry services / restart services

I've seen several threads on the proper order to start / stop / restart BES services... well, per RIM, the proper order is to start / stop from the outermost reaching services and work your way in ...

Router ... Dispatcher ... Controller ... everything else.
