Default Messages deleted to free memory

Please Login to Remove!

I'm working with one of our Blackberry users to figure out exactly why messages have been deleted from his Blackberry. This is the second time he has noticed it, and at least now I have a time frame of two days when searching the logs. I also now can rule out that he did a Delete Prior messages command. The two messaging agent logs are close to 150mb each though and is tough to wade through. Does anyone know what the log entry would look like when messages were cleared by the BB to free memory space?

It's roughly 425 messages that were deleted, and those are still in his Outlook 2003 Inbox. He also has the BB set to keep messages forever.

I've cleared his user stats so that I can see how many messages have been forwarded to his BB since the deletion. That way I get an idea of how many emails he gets a day. I'm also setting him up for a daily automatic backup for two reasons. One is to be able to restore his messages if needed, but the other is to see exactly the size of his databases each day if needed.

Any other info that anyone wants to share would be helpful. Where is there documentation that states exactly how the memory clearing works?
