Question calendar not working

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm running BES 4 for Domino and one of my user complains that the wireless sync of his calendar stopped working.
I've checked his settings on the server and on the client and everything is still as it should be.
Mail is working fine...

what should I do to correct ? clean his device and reinstall ?

I dont know about Domino, as I use Exchange, but I guess the DM settings should be the same. One thng to you could check is to see in DM, under "Configure PIM" and Calendar, that Blackberry wireless Sync is selected.
