We are looking at switching several folks over to using blackberries. I'm looking into the Pro's and Cons of BES. I know this is a rather broad question to start with, but I'll use your comments and suggestions to narrow my searching.

- Security
- Convenience/Productivity
- Ease of Implementation
- Ease of Administration

- Not as full-featured as some consumer-based PDA/Smartphones
- Troubleshooting is advanced for a lot of issues (although a lot have been covered here)
- Training can be cumbersome for intellectually-challenged users (yes, thats the nice way of putting it)
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
