Default Sorted!!

Please Login to Remove!

Many thanks to domenic for sending me a zip file of the SecurID Version 2.1.1 - I uninstalled 3.0.1 first and then reinstalled 2.1.1 - then emailed the device with the token, with "x-rimdevice" appended to the front end of the token name. The old PIN was kept, and everything started working immediately!!

Hurrah!!

Why SecurID brought out eh new version we will probably never know!!

This is a known issue. Upgrade your OS and this will be resolved.

I don't know exactly when it will be released but if you can hold out RSA's next version handles all these issues.

I received a copy almost immediately. Thanks guys.

I am not able to import the token via e-mail. Will need to find out how to push it, I guess.

You will have to reboot after installing SecurID in order to be able to import an emailed token.

for those having issues still, you can always just download the pushtoken software from rsa and push the token to the device via a command prompt.

Default install of SecurID

I was able to push the SecurID app (version 3) out from BES , but when i try to open it on the BB i get "Error starting SecurID: Module 'SecurID-1' not found"

any thoughts ?
8320 version 4.2.2.180

is this because i need to upgrade the BB software?

same thing on n 8320 w/ version 4.5.0.81
