Due to a request from the mighty powers that be, this list will no longer be updated. Thanks.

Ok now im totaly confused!!!!! The big push is for 4.5 right now there is 5.0.0.22
????? Is this just hype or another few years for a release?? I mean to say everybody was happy to have 4.5.0.10 then .18 then .37 why not just 5.0.0.22

This is nothing new. There is no date for 5.0 for any of the 8xxx devices. Ikm sure RIM is always working on these. Its just in development--an early beta.

these are not necessarily the newest builds, just the newest ones that we have beta tested. The guys are right, there have to be newer ones.

A working version for the VZW 8330 would be nice. Reported by some to work but I have tried 3 times (yes, deleted the vendor.xml file and rebooted PC abd BB). I keep getting "No updates are necessary" and still have 4.3. I'm using DM 4.5, if that helps.

4.3 is the latest available released OS for the 8330, and is in fact the OS that device is currently shipping with. It has most of the bells and whistles that others were waiting on 4.5 to realize.

You mean to tell us you are just downloading OS's and installing them and then seeing (by way of the desktop manager) if they are higher than what you have?

That's not what I'm saying. I've been unable to upgrade to 4.5 at all (running 4.3) but found the answer in another post here. I've done the rebooting of the PC and the BB, as well as deleted the vendor.xml file.

Resetting the device to the default theme worked and now I can finally upgrade my VZW Curve to see what is in store.

Cheeseman stop spamming and you cannot ask for beta software, either to be sent to you or where to find it.

"Known" unreleased versions. What qualifies as known?

I hope it's not really closely circulated stuff because I'd rather not know about things if they're months away from release. Waiting for 4.3 was about all I could handle.

"Known" = Known by me. LOL! I wouldn't expect some of these, such as the 5.0.0.x releases, for a long, long time.

What are they doing that they've jumped to 5.0? Unless they're adding voice dictation of emails, I can't imagine what I'm missing out on. Well ok maybe a better browser.

I think the browser is the flagship of the 5.0 operating system, however I'm not really sure on any details.
