They haven't fired any SIM cards since 4.5.0.37

I fired my TMo SIM card, about a year ago, but it had nothing to do with OS 4.5--just bad customer service.

I am convinced that all CS, at one time or another, stinks. I had no international dialing for three days on my non-BlackBerry device whose name begins with an i.

Finally, and I saved this e-mail, I recevied this message- "Please try now, we rebooted the settings, thanks".

And it worked!
