SplashID 4.15 & 4.5.0.69 Syncing Issue

Default SplashID 4.15 & 4.5.0.69 Syncing Issue

Please Login to Remove!
Add-in properly selected, sync starts and stops immediately, database is not transferred. This was not an issue with .55 and all other add-in syncs work as expected. Anyone successfully sync their SplashID 4.15 databases to a 4.5.0.69 device?

I can only sync if there is no password on SplashID with .69

Thanks, troydbrown. I'll reset the PC and device passwords, sync and reset the passwords after that.
