Default Deleting qm files

Please Login to Remove!

Using OS4.5.0.69 on the 8310 and wondering if I can remove all the messenger icons as I don't use them at all.

The files I was looking to move from /Program Files/Common Files/RIM/Shared/LoaderFiles/8310-v4.5.0.69.../Java into the Removed Files folder as follows:
net_rim_bb_qm_aim.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_aim_resource_en.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_google.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_google_resource_en.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_icq.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_icq_resource_en.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_msn.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_msn_resource_en.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_peer.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_peer_resource_en.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_yahoo.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_yahoo_resource_en.cod

Would moving them into the "Removed Files" folder be sufficient to remove the icons and apps from my BB? Would there be any adverse effects be removing them from my BB?

Those apps don't load anyway except in carrier specific settings. I don't know of any adverse issues, but there is certainly nothing wrong with removing, installing and testing.

But again, on most carriers those won't load unless they are directed to do so by your carrier settings.
