I can not seem to find the Documents to Go "APPLICATION" that is suppose to be Standard in 4.5 OS. Is there an ICON that I should be looking for?

On the DataViz site you can UPDATE your APPLICATION and it shows as long as you have 4.5 there should be an application which in turn gives you a registration number so that you can update FREE to 1.002.

DocumentsToGo would have loaded when you upgraded to 4.5.

You might not have checked the box to load it, but can still do so by opening DM > App Loader and looking there and check the box to load DocsToGo.

I will check it when I get home. Though I can VIEW EXCEL, WORD AND POWERPOINT FILES it does not seem to give me a save option, etc. When I upgraded to OS 4.5 I do not remember choosing anything to be honest :O

Agree. Have searched this forum, but can't see how to open an attachment and save it to a location, e.g. SD card. Can anyone explain how this is done. TIA.

Do you have DocumentsToGo loaded on your BlackBerry?

Either find the icon, or look at Options > Advanced > Applications for DocumentsToGo.
