Default Unsuccessful Restore

Please Login to Remove!

I have upgraded to v4.5.0.77 on my 8330 and it never fully restored from back-up. So now when I try to restore from back-up it gets stuck on Alarm settings and will not fully complete the back-up. The only thing that is really noticeable is that my events from my calendar did not restore. Please help...

Use the Backup/Restore Advanced feature in Desktop Manager. You can open the backup file and then restore selected databases back to your device.

I tried the above process and it did not work. It's stuck at transfer in progress.

I tried to sync only the calendar and it did not work. I guess I'll try zerog46's suggestion. Thanks guys.

Hey guys, here's an update. I deleted Proxpro and once I did that I was finally able to sucessfully able to fully restore my Blackberry. Thanks again to everyone who helped. Proxpro is listed as PIM Sync in app loader so I guess it was preventing my alarm data and calendar from being restored.
