Hey everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I just upgraded to a beta for O.S. 4.5 and can't get the HTML email to work. I tried resending my service books, but nothing. When Icheck the email options, there is nothing there for HTML like it should be. Help!

Have read the when html starts working it is just on new emails NOT on ones you have already. So seems like you have to have a fresh one sent to test it.

I tried that already by forwarding an email with HTML in it, but no luck.

I am not on a BIS, will the steps at the end of the post still work?

Strike that, I got BIS and BES confused. Sorry I'm a newb!

If you get email pushed to your BlackBerry, then you are on BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service.)

I had a similar problem with my wife's new "PINK" Curve. I had to basically delete all her email accounts on the her phone. Resend the Service Books and then add the email accounts again from scratch. After I did that the HTML Email is working fine!
