Ok someone else brought this up but I had it happen tonight. I have about 300 audio files on my 9000 and tonight I tried to open a video and it just sat there with Loading and didn't do anything. I went back to music and the Scanning.... started and it was like running a 386 PC. I finally got the audio files deleted and it was back to normal and the same video started instantly.

4GB MicroSD card and thats where everything is stored on.

Did you move that card from an OS 4.2 device, or was it on one earlier?
There is a thread posted here, I thin in the RIM or Media section Stickies regarding that issue. It may apply here.

Brand new card but I will check the other forums.
