Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

With my prior 8830, I did not have the following problem.

Every week to 10 days, my profiles become corrupted. In particular, my phone options withinh each profile will not work.

To resolve the problem I have been restoring those modules through my desktop manager using a clean OS.

Any proactive ideas?

Are you using any custom ring tones that are stored on Device or Media Card? If it's on a media card do you have encryption turned? (Maybe the .rem from the encryption is causing an issue.)

yes. I am using a ringtone off my media card. Encryption mode is off

What 3rd party applications you got maybe it's an alert profile from another application that isn't fully 4.5 compatible.
