Would it be considered sexual harassment if a midget walked up to you and said that your hair smells good?

One reason could be that it has not been mentioned in this thread.

Wow I can't believe I was the first to mention it here since it has been leaked for quite sometime

8520 Gemini is what I meant. I was already corrected but didn't change that post. And yes, that release exists. I've seen it.

John, if you are talking about Gemini so proper version (new one) is 4.6.1.255.
And Onyx version didn't start with 4.6....

What's your problem? I'm sure that as soon as we post a version here that it's already outdated because RIM is constantly working on these. I stand corrected as I made an error (gasp!) about device name vs. device model number. Get over it!

8520wifiEastAsia_PBr4.6.1_rel351_PL4.2.0.205_A4.6. 1.227.exe

I know it exists because I have a copy. Are you happy now? Is it still the VERY latest? Probably not as they keep updating them.

This thread is just for posting the latest that we know about.

4.5.0.163 reported out by O2/UK for the 8130. Any verification on this?
4.5.0.160 is no longer in beta for the 8330. Any later updates?

Is this the same version as on the 8300 section?
http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ilanguage.html

States
"BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.5.0.257 (Multilanguage)

Package Version: 4.5.0.257
Consisting of:

* Applications: 4.5.0.163
* Software Platform: 2.7.0.92

Not sure which one is more recent since the software platform is older than 4.5.0.153

Technically it is a more recent software because the build date for 4.5.0.163 is May 15 2009, whereas the build date for 4.5.0.153 is Apr 23 2009.

You are correct that the platform version for 4.5.0.163 is lower than 4.5.0.153. I'm not sure why this is but it must have something to do with that specific build. The platform version for 4.5.0.158 is also higher than 4.5.0.163 and 4.5.0.153.

I'm guessing that 4.5.0.163 is a specific build that was built for O2 UK. Much like the strange version of 4.6.0.167 that was built for At&t.

Decided to load it into my PC at work to do a software upgrade.
Guess what?
No upgrade notice at all. Seems like apploader is looking at the software platform version - which 4.5.0.153 is higher than 4.5.0.163.

Unless there is something significantly newer for performance/memory/making pizza on the new version, I'd stick to the slightly older 4.5.0.153

Well if it makes you feel any better, I'm running Apps Version 4.5.0.163 with Radio Version 4.5.0.153. So technically speaking I'm running 8310M_PBr4.5.0_rel257_PL2.7.0.105_A4.5.0.163 if it existed.

It hasn't been leaked, ryanbg was saying that .140 is being worked on.

4.6.0.288 for Bold now an official release. No newer beta appears to be out there for 4.6.0. May be the last before official OS 5.0?
