Just went from .99 to .103.

I am now unable to send MMS files which is an absolute necessity. I don't get the option to send from the Camera application and I get a "No MMS Service Record" error when I try to compose an MMS from the SMS/MMS application.

Any ideas how to fix this other than going back to .99?

Maybe try resending your service books?
