Exclamation reset storm to .75 OS

Please Login to Remove!

im trying to exchange my storm for a new one because the ear poiece is messed up but i have the .132 os and he said i need to put it back to 75 to exchange it. i cant find a thread that shows how to do it. i downloaded the os back on my computer but my device manager wont recognize it as an update. please help
