Default 4.7.1 vs 4.7.0

Can someone highlight the major differences between 4.7.1 and 4.7.0? I'm looking at the Niagara and wondering why it has 4.7.1 and the Bold has 4.7.0 as latest beta.

The Bold is not on 4.7.0, and probably won't ever be.

Sorry, I must have read wrong - 9530, Storm, is on 4.7.0 and Niagara is on 4.7.1 - what's the difference?
